Some places have more records online than others. This page says plainly what a report reads for you, state by state and, in Oregon and Washington, county by county.
- Full. tax lots, the assessor record and the county’s filed plats are read automatically, with the federal survey and the national records.
- Partial. the federal survey records and the national sources are read automatically; some county records are links you follow.
- Thin coverage here. the national sources (soils, topographic maps, aerial photographs, weather, census) are read; federal land patents and the survey grid are looked up but not yet tested here; county records are not wired yet.
