Tax lot

Example: 7S 4W 22. Copy it the way your statement prints it.

Example: 01400. Keep the zeros. Several lots: separate them with commas.

Street address

Example: 123 Main Street, Monmouth, Oregon

Farm and timber land often has no street address. If yours doesn’t, use your tax lot.
